User Generated Content Terms

Sometimes we ask to feature a photo, video or post that you shared on social media. We ask in a comment or a message, and we ask you to reply with #YesWearton. When you reply with #YesWearton, you agree to these terms for that photo, video or post (the "Content") and for your social media name (the "Handle"). These terms are in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. What you allow us to do

You give the Wearton team ("we", "us") a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, copy, edit, adapt, publish and display the Content with your Handle, and to make new works from it, on wearton.app, in the Wearton apps, on our social media accounts and in our other promotion. Editing includes cropping, resizing and adding text or our logo.

You also allow us to let others use the Content, including other users, our partners and advertising platforms. Full digital usage rights are given for our promotion.

You keep the ownership of your Content. We do not pay for it, we do not have to use it, and we do not promise any number of views. We will not show the Content or you in a derogatory way.

2. What you confirm

When you reply with #YesWearton, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old.
• You made the Content, or you have the right to give us these rights in it.
• Every person who can be identified in the Content agreed to these terms, and for a minor, their parent or guardian agreed.
• The Content does not break any law and does not infringe the rights of anyone else, such as copyright, trademark or privacy.

3. Removal

If you, or a person shown in the Content, ask us to remove it, we will remove it from wearton.app, the Wearton apps and our social media accounts. Write to support@wearton.app. We may also remove the Content at any time.

Other people can save and share what we publish, and we cannot control that. Once the Content has been shared, we cannot get all copies back.

If someone tells us that the Content infringes their intellectual property or privacy rights, we may give them your Handle and other details we have about you.
